TOA Roadline Paints (Reflective) are based on high quality acrylic resin, chlorinated rubber and high reflective glass bead. The reflection has developed after the paint was applied, then partial of the paint film was scrubbed from the glass bead by traffic and shown it's reflectivity that remain effective throughout the life of the paint film. These products are suitable for both interior and exterior. The properties of TOA Roadline Paints (Reflective) are high film build, excellent adhesion on both asphalt and concrete surfaces, good weathering resistant as well as good resistant to oil, grease and other road residues.

Intended use:

TOA Roadline Paints (Reflective) are suitable for road markings and safety symbols on curbs, roads, streets, highways, local roads and car park.

Composition: Acrylic Resin and Chlorinated Rubber
Color: White, Yellow, Red and Black
Film appearance: Matt
Solid by Volume: 60 ± 2 %
Solid by Weight: 55 ± 2 %
Theoretical Coverage: 8.0 – 10.0 m2/liter/coat. Actual coverage will depend on the dry film thickness, surface texture, applicator skill, as well as the actual paint loss during application.
Flash point: ~ 7.9ºC
Surface temperature 30ºC, Drying time (at relative humidity (RH) 50% & dry film thickness (DFT) 55μm:
- Touch dry: 10 – 20 minutes
- Hard dry: 3 days

Recommended paint system

PRIMER:

To enhance the adhesion on hard or smooth surface such as polished cement floor, recommend to apply TOA Penetrating Sealer or TOA Epoguard Varnish at least 1 coat.

TOPCOAT:

Mixing ratio between TOA ROADLINE PAINTS and TOA Thinner #74N:

- First coat – 20:2

- Second coat – 7:1

Apply by brush/roller at least 2 coats.(Recoatable time is at least 1 hours).
