Toa 2 in 1 is produced from one component thermoplastic Acrylic with the combination of primer and topcoat into one product. It’s the safe paint for health with outstanding features: excellent adhesion paint film on different surfaces, quick drying, good hardness, not using chromium, lead and mercury.

Intended use:

Toa 2 in 1 is appropriate to apply on galvanized steel, inox, aluminum, iron, wood,... without primer layer. This product could be used for both interior and exterior.

Color: Prefer to catalogue
Component: Binder (40% - 60%), powder (20% - 30%), solvent (25% - 35%), additive (2% - 5%)
Drying time:
- Touch dry: 10 – 15 mins
- Painting interval: after 1 hour
- Theoretical coverage: 8 – 10 (m2/kg/coat)

Application tools: brush, spray gun, roller
Dilution thinner: TOA Thinner #74N
Dilution ratio: depend on application
Brush/roller: 0% - 10% by weight
Spray gun: 40% - 60% by weight

Recommended paint system

Step 1 - Surface preparation:
- Make sure the surface is dry and clean, free from grease, oil, waxy contamination, rust or mill scale
- Remove old paint and clean old surface by appropriate sandpaper
Step 2 - Top coat: apply 2 – 3 coats of TOA 2 in 1
*Note: Stir well before using and once opened, entire contents should be used.
