- Make sure the surface is dry and clean, free from grease, oil, waxy contamination, rust or mill scale.
When applying for long term durability system:
- Should be blast cleaned in accordance with NACE No.2/SSPC-SP10/ISO 8501:1/ SIS Sa 2.5 to a near white finish using suitable abrasive. And/ or by using the surface preparation with requirements of the primer and/ or as the Spec at the project
- The surface must be thoroughly dry and apply the protective coating within 4 hours to cleaned surface.
Note for mixing: Stir well part A and part B seperately. Mix part A & part B with the ratio 3:1 by volume. Keep stirring to have homogenous mixture. Dilute the mixture with Thinner #31 and stir well.
- Stir well before using and once opened, entire contents should be used.
- Do not apply when temperature is lower than 15ºC or humidity is higher than 85%. Surface temperature must be 3ºC higher than the dew point
