TOA Industrial Lacquer is produced from high quality nitrocellulose and special pigment. It offers quick dry, high hardnesss and good color retention paint film.

Intended use:

TOA Industrial Lacquer is recommended for interior use, to decorate and protect wood, metal surfaces.

Color: Refer to catalogue
Component: Binder (30%-40%); Solvent (40%-50%); Additive (0%-5%), Powder (15% - 25%)
Finish: Gloss and Matt
Specific Gravity: 0.92-1.22 kg/litre ( excepts #999)
Theoretical Coverage: 12 - 16 m²/litre/coat approx.(depend on color)
Dry Time:
- Touch Dry: After 6 mins
- Dry for recoat: After 10 mins
- Hard dry: After 1 hours

Tools: Brush, Spray gun, roller
Dilution thinner: TOA Thinner #71 or Lacquer paint thinner
Dilution ratio: TOA Industrial Lacquer ː Thinner = 1ː1 - 2 by Volume (depend on application)

Surface Preparation
For metal surface: Make sure the surface is dry and clean, free from grease, oil, waxy contamination, rust or mill scale.
For wood surface: Sand out wood surface smoothly then fill all damage and gap by appropriate filler. Sand again and clean until no dust remain.
Application
Primer:- For metal surface: apply 1-2 coat(s) of TOA IL Grey primer.
- For wood surface: apply 1-2 coats with appropriate primer.
Topcoat: Apply 2 -3 coats of TOA Industrial Lacquer.
