TOA alkyd thinner #21 is thinner with appropriate evaporation rate, helps to increase levelling of paint film, prevent brush mark, optimize gloss level of alkyd paint and varnish. Diluted with TOA #21 improves penetration ability of paint and varnish into substrate, hence enhance adhesion for all system.

Dilute 5% - 20% TOA #21 by volume into alkyd paint needs to be diluted according to its requirement.

When used with other paints, carefully refer to technical instruction of the paint need to be diluted.
