  • Component: Binder (60%-70%); Solvent (25%-35%); Additive (0%-5%)
  • Finish: Gloss, clear
  • Specific Gravity: 0.86 - 0.96 kg/litre
  • Theoretical Coverage: 12 - 14 m2/litre/coat
  • Dry Time (at 300C):
  • - Touch Dry: 2 - 4 hours
  • - Dry for recoat: 6 - 8 hours
  • - Hard dry: After 6 hours

  • Tools: Brush,Spray gun
  • Dilution thinner: TOA Thinner #21
  • Dilution ratio:
  • - First Coat: TOA Varnish T-8000 thinner = 2 1 by volume
  • - Second & Third Coat: TOA Varnish T-8000 thinner = 4 1 by volume

Construction Guide

Surface Preparation:
- The surface must be dry and clean, free from oil, grease or waxy contamination.
Application:
- On the wood surface proper prepared, finish with 3 coats of TOA Varnish T-8000.
Note: Stir well before using and once opened, entire contents should be used.
