TOA GOLD LACQUER is fast drying acrylic lacquer, leaves a glitter gold surface which is more beautiful than the others. TOA GOLD LACQUER uses premium pearl pigment, offers shining and no darkening surface, good weather and UV resistance, anti-fungus, anti- algae, excellent wash-ability. Product adheres well and no peeling off when applied on many kinds of surfaces such as iron, wood, aluminum, zinc, etc.

Intended use:

TOA GOLD LACQUER is suitable for application on both interior and exterior surfaces such as iron, aluminum, zinc, concrete, gypsum board… In addition, TOA GOLD LACQUER is also widely used for painting frame, wooden interior products, sanctum of pagoda, image and statue of Buddha...

Binder: 15% - 30% (AU-7900)/50% - 80% (AU-8900)
Powder: 5% - 15% (AU-7900)/10% - 30% (AU-8900)
Solvent: 40% - 60% (AU-7900)/ 0% - 20% (AU-8900)
Additive: 0% - 5% (AU-7900)/ 0% - 5% (AU-8900)

Volume solid (%): 27 ± 2 (AU-7900)/ 50 ± 2 (AU-8900)
Theoretical coverage (m2/l/layer): 7 - 9 (AU-7900)/ 14 - 16 (AU-8900)

For concrete surface: Concrete is full cure (after 28 days), moisture is lower than 16% (by specialized measuring devices). The surface must be free from dust, grease, etc.
For steel surface: The surface must be clean and dry, free from oil, grease and other contamination.

APPLICATION:

- Application tools: Air spray
- Recommended thinner: TOA Thinner #74N
- Dilution ratio: Dilute 50% - 100% by volume.

Base coat: TOA GOLD LACQUER #P700 1 - 2 coat (s) x 45 microns
Top coat: TOA GOLD LACQUER #7900 / #8900 2 coats x 35 microns

For steel surfaces (*):

Primer: TOA IL GREY PRIMER 1-2 coat(s) x 45 microns or SHARK EPOXY PRIMER 1 - 2 coat(s) x 45 microns
Base coat: TOA GOLD LACQUER #P700 1 - 2 coat(s) x 45 microns
Top coat: TOA GOLD LACQUER #7900 / #8900 2 coats x 35 microns

(*): TOA GOLD LACQUER #8900 can be direct applied on metal surfaces.
