TOA NanoShield - Premium Exterior Emulsion Paint is made from pure acrylic with Hybrid Nano technology which protects your house from water, dirt pick up with long lasting surface even under severe weather conditions. TOA NanoShield includes features:
- Hybrid Nano – Germany nano technology with 1/billion particle size, improve stain resistance and waterproofing, protect building, house from rain-water, wet climate.
- TOA NanoShield has got Green Label certified environmentally friendly product. It does not use lead and mercury in the formula.
- Moreover, TOA NanoShield has got other outstanding properties: no peeling-off, anti-fungus or algae, excellent hiding capability, good coverage, long lasting color and durability under severe weather conditions.

Intended use:

TOA NanoShield - Premium Exterior Emulsion Paint is suitable for new and previously painted exterior masonry surfaces such as concrete, cement, brick, etc...; especially for area that needs to be protected from severe weather conditions and dirty stain.

Color: Refer to catalogue and TCW fan-deck
Components: Pure acrylic, pigments, additives & water
Paint film surface: Sheen, High Sheen
Surface temperature 30°C, relative humidity (RH) 50%: Surface drying time 0.5 hours; Painting interval, minimum 2 hours.
Theoretical coverage: 10.4 – 13.8 m²/liter/layer

Application tools: Brush, Roller, Spray gun
Dilution: Clean water
After use: Clean equipment with clean water immediately after use

Step 1 - Surface Preparation:

- New surface
+ Concrete, mortar must be completely cured after 28 days under normal conditions (average temperature is about 25°C-30°C, relative humidity is less than 75%). Surface humidity must be below 16% (check with specialized equipment). The surface pH should be between 6-9.

+ Remove all dust, grease, wax, laitance, chalking and other contamination from the surface by specialized machine as: grinding, sanding, vacuum cleaner, high pressure water jet and proper cleanness.

+ For a smooth surface, use 2 coats of TOA WALL MASTIC EXTERIOR.

- Old surface

+ Remove all dust, contamination, loose old paint from the surface by specialized machine as: Grinding, sanding, vacuum cleaner, high pressure water jet and proper cleanness. Treat the area attacked by fungus, algae with proper chemicals.

+ Wash the surface if required, let it fully dry, the substrate moisture must be lower than 16% (specialized measuring testing equipment).

+ Repair the damaged area. Cracks bigger than 0.1mm must be fixed and smoothed by TOA WALL MASTIC EXTERIOR.

+ Apply 1 coat of Premium multipurpose primer - TOA HYDRO QUICK PRIMER for chalky or powdery surface after making surface clean.

Step 2 - Sealer: Apply 1 coat of TOA NanoShield Sealer

Step 3 - Topcoat: Apply 2 coats of TOA NanoShield

* Note: Stir well before use and once opened, entire content should be used. Apply between 10°C and 35°C and below 75% relative humidity.
