TOA WALLTEX TEXTURE is a decorative texture paint to create various patterns on surfaces for beauty, attractiveness and uniqueness with easy application. It is excellent adhesion, durable, weather resistance and long-lasting. It helps cover up the uneven surface, and good for both exterior and interior.

Intended use:

TOA WALLTEX TEXTURE is suitable for new and previously painted interior masonry surfaces such as concrete, mortar, cement plaster, brick, gypsum board, light cement board,...

Solids by volume (%): 65 ± 5
Theoretical coverage: 2.5 – 3.5 kg/m2/2 coats (Actual surface coverage will depend on surface irregularities, mixing, application condition method, technique and thickness of the pattern; as well as the structure and dimensions of the object to be coated).
The drying time at 300C, Relative Humidity (RH) 50%:
+ Surface (touch) dry: 3 - 4 hours
+ Painting interval, minimum: 6 - 8 hours
+ Painting topcoat: 24 – 48 hours

Application tools: Mortar gun, special roller.
Dilution: The paint is ready to use after proper stirring until homogeneous. If thinning is required, clean water may be added up to a maximum of 5%.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New surface

Let the concrete, cement plaster and mortar must be cured at least 28 days in ambient conditions (average temperature is 25°C - 30°C, relative humidity <75%), the surface moisture does not exceed 16% (specialized measuring testing equipment). pH value is about 6-9.
Remove all dust, grease, wax, laitance, chalking and other contaminations from the surface by specialized machine and proper cleanness.

Old surface

Remove all dust, fungus, algae, loose old paint or others contamination from the surface by specialized machine and proper cleanness.
Wash the surface if required, let it fully dry, the substrate moisture must be lower than 16% (specialized measuring testing equipment).
Repair the damaged area. Cracks bigger than 0,1mm must be fixed and made smooth by plasters.
Apply 1 coat of premium multipurpose primer TOA Hydro Quick Primer for the powdery surface after making the surface clean.

STORAGE & HANDLING

Store in a dry, cool, good ventilation area, shaded area.
Storage temperature about 25°C - 35°C.
Apply when the temperature is from 10°C to 35°C and relative humidity <75%.
