TOA 213 Water Repellent Gloss (WB) is a silane/ siloxane water based produced by the latest technology. It is developed for the water repellent impregnation of facades, brick, natural stone, washed aggregate, washed sand. This product is effective on both alkaline and neutral substrates.

TOA 213 Water Repellent Gloss (WB) provides the following beneficial properties:

- Prevent against moisture on surfaces which will facilitate algae, mold and mildew growth.

- Prevent dirt pick-up and easier to clean and keep surfaces always look new.

- Prevent against soluble salt booming.

- Effective protection even against heavy rain.

- Non-yellowing, no visible change on the substrates.

- Free from mercury and lead content.

- Low VOCs.

- No solvent compositions.

Intended use:

TOA 213 Water Repellent Gloss (WB) is mainly used to protect facades and exposed concrete, washed sand, pavement, natural stone, etc. against water ingress and the risk of damage caused by water pollution.

Color: White milky liquid
Specific Gravity at 25°C: 0.98 – 1.00 Kg/L
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC): < 1.00 g/L
Usage rate: 1 gallon (3.785 ltr.) per 15 to 20 sq.meter.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.
In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with TOA 113 Microkill then leave it dry for 24 hours before coating with TOA 213 Water Repellent (WB).

APPLICATION:

Apply TOA 213 Water Repellent (WB) copiously by brusher, roller or spray 1 time (until surface is saturated).
Leave it dry for 1 – 2 hours.

RECOMMENDATION:

The surface must be dried prior to apply.
Do not use this product while raining.
The crack must be sealed before the primary coat.
Wash all tools immediately after use with water
