TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid is a special, water-based, environmentally friendly waterproofing membrane that utilizes Polyurethane hybrid technology. After application, it forms a 100% seamless waterproofing membrane, with high elasticity, excellent UV resistance and durability against harsh weather conditions.

TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid has excellent adhesion and the ability to cover cracks on concrete surfaces due to temperature changes and vibrations.

TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid is designed for waterproofing of:

Flat roof and wall
Concrete and brick wall cladding
The wall prevent soil
A gutter concrete
Asbestos roof tile
Bitumen roof
Metal sheet roof

Intended use:

TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid is designed for waterproofing of:
- Flat roof and wall
- Concrete and brick wall cladding
- The wall prevent soil
- A gutter concrete
- Asbestos roof tile
- Bitumen roof
- Metal sheet roof

Solid content: 60.5 – 62.5%
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC): < 50 g/L
Maximum tensile strength, after 7 days: > 3.0 MPa
Elongation at break, after 7 days: > 300%
Bonding strength on concrete, after 7 days: > 2.0 MPa
Crack bridging ability under standard condition after 7 days: > 2.0 mm
Shore A hardness, after 7 days: > 70
Water penetration (24 hours): Non - penetration

Application tools: Brush, roller, or high-pressure spray gun.
After use: Clean the tools with clean water immediately after application.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

The surface must be clean from dust, cement laitance and oil grease.
In case of mold and algae, brush and clean with TOA 113 Microkill then leave it dry before coating with TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid.
Deformed paint or coating must be thoroughly cleaned before application.
Fill all cracks wide with TOA Polyurethane Sealant then leave it dry before coating with TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid.
Repair big cracks on surfaces with repair mortar or epoxy mortar prior to coating.
Polish the rust on metal surfaces prior to coating.

APPLICATION:

Stir well before use, especially tinted.
Mix TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid with clean water in the ratio of 3:1 and apply as the primary coat, leave it to dry for 2 – 4 hours approximately.
Apply a first coat of TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid (no adding water) then leave it dry for 2-4 hours approximately.
Apply a second coat of TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid (no adding water) then leave it dry for 24 hours approximately.

RECOMMENDATION:

The cracks must be sealed before the primary coat. Reinforce with TOA Fiber mesh while wet before coating with TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid 2 – 3 coats.
TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid should not be applied to new concrete less than 28 days old and other cementitious surfaces less than 7 days old.
Do not use TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid while raining.
TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid uses for waterproofing for all horizontal (roof deck) or vertical masonry surfaces not suitable for long term water ponding.
TOA 201 Roofseal PU Hybrid gets fully resistance properties after 7 days.
Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
