TOA Silicone Sealant (HP) is a one component neutral cure 100% silicone sealant, with cross-linking at room temperature, medium modulus. High stability and elasticity in humidity environments, resistant to UV light and excellent adhesion strength. Suitable for weather sealing and bonding for applications such as sealing concrete, glass and wood.

TOA Silicone Sealant (HP) provides the following beneficial properties:

- One component, ready to use.

- No odor, high elasticity and room temperature cure.

- Good adhesion to many substrates: wood, glass, anodized aluminum.

- High durability, resistant to UV light.

- Excellent workability, non-sagging and low shrinkage.

- Non-corrosive to metals.

Intended use:

TOA Silicone Sealant (HP) is mainly used to:
- Glazing and weather-sealing between door and window frames connected to plaster.
- Sealing small leakage, metal lap joints, guttering applications.
- Sealing around kitchen fittings, baths, showers, toilets and gutters.
- Suitable for brick and concrete.
- Interior and exterior application.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

- Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.

- Clean the surfaces using cloth and a suitable solvent such as degreaser, IPA, MEK or White Spirit.

- For porous surfaces, abrade the surface to remove loose contaminants.

- Non-porous surface should be wipe twice times.

APPLICATION:

- Cut off tip nozzle and cartridge to the desired width.

- Fit into caulking apply on surface in steady flow

- For best results, Protect joint with masking tape before apply TOA Silicone Sealant (HP). Then, remove masking tape before sealant has started to cure.

- Smooth and shape sealant with spatula dipped in mild detergent.

RECOMMENDATION:

- TOA SILICONE SEALANT (HP) must be closed tightly after using.

- Do not swallow and avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin, as this will cause irritation.

- If contact with eyes, flush with plenty of water and consult physician.

- In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water.

- Wash all tools immediately after use with cloth or/and suitable detergent.

- Avoid unvulcanized silicone sealant to contact with food.
