Intended use:

TOA Grout GP is suitable for use in the following works:
- Pouring various bases, thickness 10 - 100 mm
- Repairing of concrete structure
- Assembling of precast, panels, grip-filling
- Bedding of industrial equipment, rebars, anchor bolts
- Bearing casting of heavy machinery, column, crane rails

Color: Grey powder
Particle size: < 2.5 mm.
Water content (%) by weight: 15%
Pot life: 60 minutes
Usage rate: 1 Bag (25 Kilogram) use 3.75 litres of water. For 1 m3 of mortar approx. 78 bags x 25 kgs and 292.5 litres of water.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. The substrate must be clean, no dust and without any traces of oil, laitance or curing compound.

2. Metal surfaces (iron and steel) must be clean, free from rust, oil and grease.

3. Damp the substrate prior to application, but no standing water.

APPLICATION:

1. Prepare clean water 3.75 ltr. (15% by weight dry grout) into a mixing vessel. Start the mixer with low speed and slowly add 1 bag (25 kgs.) of TOA Grout GP into the mixing vessel contained water. Mix for approx. 3 minutes or required consistency is achieved. Leave the mixture to stand for 1-2 mins.

2. Pour grout continuously into gap or prepared formworks and from one side only to avoid air entrapment.

RECOMMENDATION:

1. The quantity of water used depends on the consistency required.

2. Do not add more water after mixed.

3. Gap should be min. 10 mm. And max 100 mm.

4. Temperature range for use should between 25 – 35ºC.

5. Curing for 3 - 7 days.

6. Product shall be poured in the same direction. Pouring by meet of 2 opposite sides is prohibited.
