TOA Acrylic Filler is an acrylic used for filling small cracks on plastered wall, nail holes, and gypsum seams. It can well adhere to many types of substrate such as concrete, tiles, gypsum, plaster cement and wood.

TOA Acrylic Filler provides the following beneficial properties :

- One component, ready to use.

- Fast drying, non shrink and easy to sand.

- Good adhesion on various substrates ie. wood, gypsum and rendering mortar.

- White acrylic flexible filler not leaving yellowish greasy stain on surface.

- No Mercury and Lead

Intended use:

TOA Acrylic Filler is mainly used to repair:
- Hairline cracks on concrete wall
- Door and window frames
- Air-bubbles

- Color: White paste
- Density @ 25°C: 1.15 – 1.20 kg./ltr.
- pH @ 25°C: 8.50 - 10.00
- Viscosity @ 25°C: 220,000 - 300,000 Cps. (Spindle # 7, speed 20)
- Volatile Organic Compound ISO 11890-2: < 0.003 g/g

SURFACE PREPARATION:

- Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.

APPLICATION:

- Apply TOA Acrylic Filler on hairline cracks and leave to dry.

- Sand with sandpaper and remove dust before paint.

RECOMMENDATION:

- TOA Acrylic Filler must be closed tightly after using.

- Do not use TOA Acrylic Filler while raining.

- Not suitable for use with the movement structure.

- Wash all tools immediately after use with water.
