TOA 303 Acrylic Sealant is a one-component acrylic sealant, ready to use, water-based, fast skinning, high elastic sealant which cures in contact with air and humidity to create a permanent flexible seal with high adhesion performance on different materials even porous substrates without primer. Suitable for sealing gaps and joints. Excellent in waterproof, good weather resistance and paintable. Human and environment friendly.

TOA 303 Acrylic Sealant has the following outstanding and benefits features:

Intended use:

TOA 303 Acrylic Sealant used for new construction and renovation works such as:
- Construction gaps and joints on plastic, wood, brick, concrete.
- Interior or exterior joints are not subjected to high stress and high movement.
- Cracks on concrete wall.
- Door and window frames.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

- Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely removed.

- For porous surfaces, abrade the surface to remove loose contaminants.

- Non-porous surface should be wipe twice times.

- Always apply corrosion-prevention primer or paint when applying the sealant to bare metal surface

APPLICATION:

- Cut off tip nozzle and cartridge to the desired width.

- Fit into caulking apply on surface in steady flow

- For best results, protect joint with masking tape before apply TOA 303 Acrylic Sealant. Then, remove masking tape before sealant has started to cure.

- Use a putty knife to smooth the joint.

- Ensure surface has dried adequately before painting by most paints and undercoats. The waiting time should be at least 24-48 hours for the best result. The paints may crack if applied on not fully dried surface

RECOMMENDATION:

- TOA 303 Acrylic Sealant must be closed tightly after using.

- Keep out of extreme heat or cold and direct sunlight exposure.

- Avoid applying during rain. Do not expose to the rain or water before curing or at least 2 - 4 hours after application depending on the weather.

- Complete final strength result of TOA 303 Acrylic Sealant should be detected at 21 days.

- If contact with the eyes, flush with plenty of water and consult physician.

- In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water,

- Wash all tools immediately after use with water
