TOA Premiumtile is a single-component, ready-mixed tile adhesive. It comprises hydraulic cement, specially selected fine sand, and unique chemical additives to enhance its performance. This results in exceptional bonding strength, flexibility, durability under all weather conditions, and compatibility with various surfaces. It is ideal for installing large tiles, ceramic tiles, marble, glass tiles, and granite tiles both indoors and outdoors. The product can be applied without pre-soaking tiles and overlay existing tile surfaces, plywood, and fiber cement boards for both indoor and outdoor.

Intended use:

TOA Premiumtile is suitable for:
- Installation on a variety of surfaces, both indoors and outdoors.
- Large tiles are used for walls and floors, indoors and outdoors.
- Marble, granite, natural stone, resin tiles and glass tiles.
- Overlaying existing tiles, plywood, and fiber cement boards.
- Allow adjustments or realignment within 15 minutes of tile installation.

Density of powder (bulk density): 1.26 g/cm3
Chemical curing time: 5 – 10 minutes
Pot life: 4 hours (in shaded areas)
Adjustment time after application: 15 minutes
Recommended adhesive thickness: 2 – 10 mm
Waiting time before grouting: 24 - 48 hours.

Mixing ratio: Mix 20 kg of TOA PREMIUMTILE with 4.8-5.2 liters of clean water (ratio 3 1). Use a low-speed mixer (~150 rpm) to blend until smooth. After use Clean tools with water immediately after use, before the material dries.

SURFACE PREPARATION (NEW SURFACES):

Ensure the surface is firm, clean, and free from dust, debris, cement residues, grease, or other contaminants.
Thoroughly wash with water and scrub to remove any remaining debris or dust before applying TOA Premiumtile adhesive.
For porous surfaces, wet the surface until saturated before tile application.
Allow at least 7 days of curing before tile installation for new plaster or levelling surfaces.

SURFACE PREPARATION (EXISTING SURFACES):

Ensure the surface is clean, strong, and free from dust, debris, cement residues, paints and contaminants.
Wash and scrub the surface clean with water.
Remove any excess water on the surface before applying TOA Premiumtile adhesive.

APPLICATION:

Mix 20 kg of TOA PREMIUMTILE with 4.8-5.2 liters of clean water (ratio 3:1). Use a low-speed mixer (~150 rpm) to blend until smooth.
Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes to activate the chemical components, then stir again before use.
Use a notched trowel to spread TOA PREMIUMTILE adhesive evenly on the surface.
Using the notched side of the trowel in a single direction, create uniform grooves, ensuring the proper thickness for the tile size.
Place the tile onto the adhesive, pressing and tapping to secure complete contact and eliminate air gaps. This ensures maximum load-bearing capacity and prevents future tile detachment.
Adjust tiles as needed within 15 minutes of application. Avoid adjustments beyond this period.

CURING AND GROUTING:

Depending on environmental conditions, allow 24-48 hours of curing after tile installation before grouting.
Use TOA Premium grout that is suitable for the specific tile and application requirements.

RECOMMENDATION:

Ensure surfaces are thoroughly moistened without standing water before tile installation.
Avoid working in extreme heat or direct sunlight to prevent premature drying.
Wear safety gear, such as gloves, dust masks, and goggles. If the product encounters your eyes, rinse immediately and seek medical attention.
Keep children out of reach and do not ingest
Clean tools with water immediately after use, before the material dries
Avoid using the adhesive for tiling on wooden surfaces, asphalt sheets, coated walls, plastic, PVC, metal, or glass (Do not expose to extreme cold for 72 hours)
