TOA Premium Grout is a one-pack premixed grout. For grouting gaps from 1 - 6 mm. width, no shrinkage, high bonding, high abrasion resistant and prevention against mold, bacteria, and fungi growth.

TOA Premium Grout provides the following beneficial properties:

Intended use:

TOA Premium Grout is suitable for grouting the joint between tiles:
- Common
- Ceramic tile
- Granite
- Mosaics

Color: White, Cream, Grey, Black, Blue
Density of powder (Bulk): 0.924 g/cm3
Chemical curing time: 5-10 minutes
Waiting time after tiling before grouting: 24 hours
Recommended joint width: 1-6 mm.
Usage rate: The average is 1 kg. /4 m2 (For tile size 20x20 cm. and gaps 3 mm. width)

SURFACE PREPARATION:

- Should be grout after finished the tile adhesive for 24 hours and scrape the gaps width and depth of 1-6 mm.

-The surface to be grout should be thoroughly cleaned. Free of dust, cement, stains.

APPLICATION:

- Mix 1 kg. Of TOA Premium Grout with 0.32 - 0.37 liters of clean water. Mix well with a low-speed mixer. Leave it for about 5 - 10 minutes. Then stir the mixture again before use. Discard grout when too stiff to work, do not add water.

- Use a rubber trowel, taking care to completely fill the grout joint. Then using the same trowel in a vertical position, remove the excess grout.

- Leave it to almost dry. Clean the surface with a moisten sponge.

- Leave it to completely dry for 24 hours.
