Construction Guide

SURFACE PREPARATION:

- The substrates should be clean, free of oil and grease.

- Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.

APPLICATION:

- Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. Fill holes and cavities for 40 – 50%, as the foam will expand.

- Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer.

- Fresh foam can be removed using acetone.

- Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

RECOMMENDATION:

- The working temperature must be 5ºC to 35ºC.

- Protect the products from direct sun and temperature above + 50ºC (danger of explosion).

- For the correct curing of the foam sufficient moisture is necessary.

- Do not use PE, PP, Teflon (PTFE), silicone, oil, grease and other separating agents.

Foam is not resistant to UV light.
