TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss is a clear gloss liquid waterproof made from high quality acrylic polymer (solvent-borne). It is clear and hard film, excellent gloss retention, non-yellowing, resistant to weather and UV light. It can prevent waterproofing and stains well. Ready to use for both internal and external.

TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss provides the following beneficial properties:
- Excellent gloss substrates and prevent stains well.
- Protect mold, algae on surface substrate.
- Effective in waterproofing.
- Maintain the surface substrate to be used longer.
- Less dust, make cleaning easier.
- Easy to use, apply by brusher, roller or sprayer

Intended use:

TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss can apply on many types of substrate:
- Sandstone, slate stone, washed sand, natural stone and brick.
- Pottery, sculpture.
- Concrete wall, asbestos sheets.
- Fiber cement.

Color: Colorless, clear solution
SG at 25ºC: 0.8 - 1.0
Viscosity at 25ºC: 48.0 – 53.0 KU
Usage rate: 1 gallon (3.785 ltr.) / 40 to 45 sq. meter / 1 coat. (depends on absorption, porosity and roughness of the substrate).

SURFACE PREPARATION:

Substrate must be sound, free of loose or weak particles, dust and dirt. Oil and wax containing layers, as well as laitance must be completely remove.
In case of algae and mold, brush and clean with TOA Microkill 113, then leave it dry for 24 hours, before applying with TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss.

APPLICATION:

Apply a first coat of TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss by brusher, roller or sprayer then leave it dry for 3-4 hrs.
Apply a second coat of TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss then leave it dry for 3-4 hrs.
May require a third coat if the substrate is very porous for excellent gloss.

RECOMMENDATION:

TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss can be applied by brusher or sprayer with low pressure spray gun. Wear the protective equipment such as gloves and masks.
Do not eat or inhale.
Do not use TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss during strong sunshine or on hot substrate.
Do not use TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss while raining.
For spraying application, TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss can be diluted with thinner #71 approx. 5% or the amount needed to make the work easier.
TOA 100 Water Repellent Gloss is not suitable for floor coating or traffic area.
Do not throw the container into the public water resource.
Keep away from children, heat and flame.
Wash all tools immediately after use with Thinner #71.
