Supertech Pro Putty interior

• Application tools: Trowel or putty knife
• Mixing: Use about 14 - 16 liter of clean water for a 40 kg bag of putty. Add slowly putty into water to avoid lumping. Mix thoroughly the mixture for about 7 – 10 mins then mix well again before application.
• Cleaning: Clean equipment with water immediately after use.

SURFACE PREPARATION

New surface

Let the concrete, cement plaster and mortar must be cured at least 28 days in ambient condition (average temperature is 25°C -30°C, relative humidity <75%), the surface moisture is not exceed 16% (specialized measuring testing

equipment). pH value is about 6-9.

Remove all dust, grease, wax, laitance, chalking and others contamination from the surface by specialized machine as: grinding, sanding, vacuum cleaner, high pressure water jet and proper cleanness.

Apply 2 coats of Supertech Pro Putty interiorfor smooth surface.

Old surface

Remove all dust, fungus, algae, loose old paint or others contamination from the surface by specialized machine as: grinding, sanding, vacuum cleaner, high pressure water jet and proper cleanness.

Then, treat the areas attacked by fungus, algae with proper chemicals.

Wash the surface if required, let it fully dry, the substrate moisture must be lower than 16% (specialized measuring testing equipment)

Repair the damaged area. Cracks bigger than 0.1mm must be fixed and make smooth by Supertech Pro Putty interior.

Apply 1 coat of premium multipurpose primer - TOA Hydro Quick Primer - for chalky or powdery surface after making surface clean.

APPLICATION

Application: Apply the first layer of approx. 1 mm thickness by using trowel or putty knife to make a smooth layer.

After 1 - 2 hours, apply the second layer with the same thickness as the first.

Let the second layer dry completely, minimum 6-8 hours, smooth surface with sanding paper.

After sanding, use a broom to clean the surface from dust, roll over the surface by wet towel or absorbent roller and then waiting in 1-2 hours before applying.

Notice: Apply 1-2 layer, depends on condition of surface and substrate, total plaster not over 2 mm thickness

Do not apply when surface temperature is above 40°C

On dry wall and highly absorbent surface, need to wet surface and reduce surface temperature before applying.
