JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be fully responsible for sales target and debt
• Build and manage sales team
• Make quarterly/annual sales plans and deploy the plans to sales team to achieve the target
• Manage sales activities in the assigned area
• Relocate monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target to sales supervisor & customers
• Deliver on-site training to new hires

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in business administration, economics
• 2 year experience in managing Industry Sector Customers and 5 year of team management
• Good understanding of Paint & Building Materials Industry
• Understanding of industrial product distribution
• English skills, TOEIC 500
• Leadership skills
