RESPONSIBILITY

- Strategy development and deployment: Gain competitive advantages for profitable growth through cost leadership strategy in Operations for Vietnam country:

+ Improve production productivity

+ Development and execution of a process to manage cost.2. 

- Inventory Management

+ Enhance inventory stock accuracy by value

+ Improve On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) for delivery

+ Increase forecast accuracy

- New Product Development (NPD)

+ On-time launching schedule of #NPD.

+ Attain # products with quality improvement in term of warranty, life-time, stock moving, etc.

+ Reach number of raw materials in alternative Bill of Materials (BOM).

+ Optimize process, formula control & formula accuracy improvement.

- Lead and manage the people, growing talent to ensure we have the appropriate competencies and expertise to meet current and future business goals and priorities

+ Development and implementation of a high performance culture & improve productivity

+ Developing talents in the operations team

+ Coaching and provide support to talents and staff development

- Safety Workplace Management: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.

RESPONSIBILITY

- University degrees in Business and/or chemistry degreee, master preferred

- 10 years working experience in operations of relevant industry; At least 5 years experience in similar position.

- Operations profile with excellent understanding of process and operrations.

- Understand company’s products and competitors is an advantage

- Good command of spoken and written English.

- Computer literate and presentation skills

- Good level of communication, ability to influence and convince

- Able to work under pressure, high commitment, self-motivated to achieve aggressive sales target

- People & talent management experience

- Good problem solving

- Effective at building network, internally & externally
