JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage budget & brand identity of TOAV when invest on decoration at shop (signboard, showroom,…):

• Work with sales team to control decoration budget for installing signboard & showroom by area
• Control the TOA image at dealer’s shop when TOA invest signboard or showroom for customers

2. Communicate all information from TOA to customers:

• Do mechanic (promotion program) to accounting & IT set up the program in the system
• Prepare promotion announcement letter to inform to customers & all related department
• Prepare announcement letter about any information TOA want to inform to2

3. Market survey: Conduct survey to gather specific information (product quality, TOA’s service, TOA’s brand awareness,) from once to twice/year

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree, Bachelor of Marketing/ Digital Marketing 
• At least 1 –year experience in working in similar position
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Computer literate and presentation skills
• Good at data analysis
• Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline
