RESPONSIBILITY

1. Channel profitable growth

- Adapt and execute the action plan to develop and growth channel

- Ensure the channel consistency rules are known, deployed and applied.

- Saturate Retails channel with all TOAV product offers

- Follow and review the Sales execution through channel. Plan sales activities and other necessary action plans to ensure the dealer achieve their target

- Ensure the channel’s profitability.

2. Manage the customers' portfolio (Distributor, Dealers, Contractors, Painters)

- Responsible for Customer Retentions and Customer Acquisitions of all types.

- Perform customer mapping. Identify key customers and potential new market. Develop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, painters) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type.

3. Market intelligence

- Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,… ) to report to Manager and marketing and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation

4. Channel communication

- Coordinate with Marcom to handle effectively all communication and promotional campaigns through Retail Channel. Ensure continuity of effective communication with each types of customers i.e. (Distributor, dealer, contractor, painters).

- Organize product presentation and provide necessary training to customers.

5. Transformation into Digital Channel management

- Execute Distributor Management System (DMS)

6. Manage Idea Color Team

JOB REQUIREMENT

- University degrees - Economics, Administration, Foreign Trade.

- Minimum 5-year experience in working with foreign-invested companies in similar position.

- Working experience in Paint industry is a plus.

- Good communicate with management across all function.

- Understand company’s products and competitor’s.

- Knoweldge in Transactional business.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Vietnamese).

- Creative and passionate, willing to take challenges.

- Work under stress and respect the deadline.

- Willing to travel – monthly to provinces.
