JOB DESCRIPTION

• Engage and consult TOA Products/ TOA Solutions for Developers, Architects, Design Consultants, etc. to apply to their projects that are under Designing Stage.
• Follow up and work with Project Sales to hand over the specified projects at Main Cons, Sub Cons stage to deliver and secure spec and volume.
• Update the Tracking Database in the project pipeline with detailed status, specifier profiles including Developers, Architects, Design Consultants, etc.
• Build close network with specifiers community

REQUIREMENTS

• University degrees – Architect or Interior Designer or Civil Engineer (preferable with additional commercial degree or experience) with good sales skills.
• 3 - 5 years specification (or pre-sales) experience in construction materials, especially in hotel construction.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with enthusiasm.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure conditions.
• Computer skills - MS Office.
• Good in English (written and oral)
