JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Cost Calculation & New Code Creation:

• Calculate cost of new product for R&D and Marketing departments to set up selling price
• Calculate cost of new product for R&D to change formula and reduce cost project
• Creat new code of Raw Material & Packaging & FG in BPCS

2. Receive document from other departments:

• Production Department: batch order, issue & receipt, transfer
• Warehouse Department: issue, receipt & transfer
• Store Department: RM request, issue & receipt, transfer
• Purchasing Department: invoice, receipt

3. Other related procedures:

• Recheck inventory transactions with PO & invoice
• Key data & send all invoice to AP (RM & PK & FG)
• Purchasing price of RM & PK & FG
• Reconcile receiving against AP (RM & PK & FG)
• Check transaction in Batch order
• Resolve any problem from Batch order
• Control transfer & issue of RM & PK to Production
• Control issue, receipt & transfer ticket FG from every WH
• Check receive & control store of RM & PK
• Calculate recondition cost of damage FG from Transporter

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree of Accounting
• At least 1 year experience in accounting especially in Costing
• Good using MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Used to work with ERP system
• English reading comprehension
