MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To manage project development from initiation to closure
• To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target
• To understand customers’ needs and bring successfully TOA Paint products/ service directly to customers
• To building and strengthen relationship with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users
• To do customer mapping to identify the main players on market segments
• To develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers
• To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• University degrees, preferably major in Civil Engineer, Architect, Economics
• 3–year experience in working in similar position
• Knowledge in Paint or construction materials industry and is a plus
• Understand company’s products and competitor’s and paint & waterproofing market development
• Knowledge in opportunity management and account management. Transactional business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and presentation skills
• Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented
• Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline
• Willing to travel
