TOA Multi-purpose Waterproof is the special waterproofing coating made from Styrene Acrylic, for mixing with cement and applied German waterproofing technology for preventing water permeability from outside while moisture inside the wall could vapour easily through gaps between particles. Effective waterproofing and increasing durability for concrete structures, cement surfaces.
TOA Multipurpose Waterproof is different from other common waterproofing coatings with remarkable features:

Intended use:

TOA Chong Tham Da Nang is used for waterproofing on concrete and cement surfaces such as exterior wall, water tank, terrace, floor, basement, toilet floor. Besides, it is suitable for waterproofing for wall surface before applying finishing paint.

Components: Binder (40%-50%), Powder (16%-35%), Water (10%-15%)
Color: White
Finish: Matt
Specific gravity: 1.35 - 1.45 kg/litre
% Solid (by weight): 62-72%
Theoretical coverage: 4 - 5 m²/kg/coat (after mix with cement ,depends on thickness when applying)
Drying time: (at 30 degree C)
- Touch dry: 30 mins
- Hard Dry: 7 days
- Painting interval: 5 - 7 hours

Surface preparation
* The surface must be dry, clean, free from dust, mildew, oil, greases and no flaking.
* New concrete and cement surfaces should be applied after at least 28 days.
* Any cracks must be repaired before applying
Application condition
1. Stir well before use. Apply 2-3 coats by brush or roller, painting interval is 5-7 hours.
2. Keep the remaining of TOA Multipurpose Waterproof (unmixed) in a tightly closed container.
3. If leaving over 1 hour, should stir the mixture again before using.
4. Leave the surface coated by TOA Multipurpose Waterproof 1-2 days before applying the topcoat. TOA Multipurpose Waterproof gets full curing after 7 days.
Notes: After mixing, TOA Multipurpose Waterproof must be used within 2 hours.
5. Clean tools with water immediately after using.
