2. Promotion period: From 15 October 2019 to 15 January 2020
3. Location (scope) of promotion: nationwide
4. Promotion forms: Lucky draw promotion program - Scratch for determination of prizes.
5. Customers of promotion programs (beneficiaries of promotions): apply to end-users such as contractors, painters, homeowners nationwide during the promotion period. Level 1 agents, level 2 agents, suppliers and employees of TOA Paint (Vietnam) Company Limited are not allowed to participate into this promotion program.

7. Other regulations (if any):
- The prizes shall not be exchanged into money.
- One customer can win multiple times and the number of prizes which one customer can win is not limited.
- The customers shall be responsible to pay all arising fee such as personal income tax for irregular income … when receiving the prizes.
- Toa Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. takes full responsibility in management of printing and the accuracy of winning identification proofs and circulating the winning identification proofs during the promotion program.
- All rewarded scratch cards will become properties of Toa Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. and will not be returned.
- Toa Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. has the full right to refuse granting the prize if finding out that the scratch cards are not issued by Toa Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. and might be counterfeited or not legit.
- Should the customer receive prizes from TOA Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, they have voluntarily agreed for TOA Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. to use the image, name, address of the winning customers for advertisement purpose when having the customer’s agreement without paying any costs.
- In case of disputes, the decision of Toa Paint (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. shall be final. If the agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be settled at the competent court in accordance with Vietnamese laws.
